Caprari horizontal submersible mixers with epicyclical gear between electric motor and propeller. For applications in nitrification/de-nitrification, sludge treatment and storage, disinfection tanks and industrial mixing. Galvanic separation system for standard components providing effective protection against corrosion. Available also in explosion proof version conforming to ATEX II 2G Ex d IIB T5 Gb.

Waste Water Pumping

Retro-fitting of dry installed high head pumps Co. Carlow. We installed 2 No. Caprari K+ Energy Pumps with Vortex Impellers.

Water Booster Systems

Modular booster system for a confidential client in the UK. Equipped with Vertical Multistage pumps 90kW IE3 Motors.

In-house Design Service

Guiding our clients through every step of the application is paramount to what we do at APS Fluid Technologies. We can offer CAD drawings including 3D/BIM and Revit. We can advise on the layout of the pump station or plant room. Too often the pumps and instruments are an after-thought. Here we advised a main contractor on the best positioning for their 132kW multi-stage pumps, being mindful of a new UV disinfection system being installed at a later date.
